The SENTINEL plan is free. No payment is taken, so no refund applies.
A first WARDEN subscription may be refunded in full within 14 days of the initial charge if the service does not meet your operational requirement. Write to KAADE CONSTRUCTION with your account email.
You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Renewal charges are not refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by law.
If verified availability falls below 95% in a calendar month, we issue a pro-rata credit against the following month on request.
Multi-site GARRISON deployments are governed by their signed contract; the terms of that contract take precedence over this policy.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. Provider fees may apply and are outside our control.
