By creating an account or using SELIA you accept these terms. SELIA is operated by KAADE CONSTRUCTION (IFU 00189678B · RCCM BF-OUA-01-2022-A11-12374), Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
Access is granted through a Google account. You are responsible for everything done under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or for suspected abuse.
SELIA is supplied for lawful protective and defensive purposes only. You must comply with all applicable national law, export controls and airspace regulation. Offensive use, use against civilian aircraft, and any use prohibited by the authorities of your jurisdiction are forbidden.
All intellectual property in SELIA — including the digital-twin defense model, spatio-temporal grid and trajectory algorithms, detection and beacon-neutralisation logic, AI counsellor prompt systems, source code, interfaces, designs, documentation, the SELIA and KAADE CONSTRUCTION names and logos — is and remains the exclusive property of KAADE CONSTRUCTION and its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own operations for the duration of your subscription. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.
You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, retrain a competing model on, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from any part of the service, nor remove or obscure any proprietary notice.
You keep ownership of the operational data you supply, and grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to deliver the service. Feedback you send us may be used freely and without obligation.
Suspected infringement should be reported to KAADE CONSTRUCTION; we will investigate and may terminate infringing accounts.
The platform is provided without setup or maintenance obligations on your side. We target high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we may change or retire features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAADE CONSTRUCTION is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Burkina Faso, with the courts of Ouagadougou competent.
